I've had Don from Chem-Dry of Seattle in to clean my carpet a couple of times. Each time, he's arrived on time and has no problem answering all of my questions. He has an extended knowledge of his line of work and takes time to explain about the various products he uses. I highly recommend their services. I have been very pleased with the results.
