This has been a great experience! Technician was very polite and informative. He explained the truckmounted system clearly and went to work on my carpets (very,very dirty carpets) and got everything out. We have cats and one likes to spray, he used a pet urine remover that got rid of the odor for good. Thanks, and Great job.
