A few years ago we bought a new AC/heating unit for our home. It included a hepa filtration system for the home as well as a heatpump, when gas was not really needed to heat the home. Caleb came to service our unit and spent almost 2 hours cleaning. In the past, the technicians were in and out within 30 minutes. Caleb took the time to clean the unit like it was his own and made adjustments to some of the wiring to prevent any possible damage. My husband and I were both appreciative that he cared. In addition, recently AirNow came out again for the routine service and the technician who came took pride just as Caleb had. Thanks!
