Great Service, Bad News
Because we have the service plan, our units are checked regularly. No problems were evident, but the technician found a leak. It is an old unit so there were several factors to consider. The new unit will be installed in 3 business days. No chance we will suddenly find ourselves without air conditioning. Prompt, professional, personal service. Who could ask for anything more?
