Pool Covers, Inc. came back and fixed something that was not to our satisfaction and that is important to me. We have a rather large spa and they made a cover for it that fit, but it was hard to lift easily because the spa is large so the cover was heavy. They continued to work for me until there was a final product I was satisfied with. I appreciate their efforts and am satisfied with the final cover.
