I've been going to J & D Auto Service for over 20 years. Initially, I was working in the same town and a co-worker referred me to them. I have continued to use them because of their workmanship -- they are impeccable. They also are loyal, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. They really do their homework. One time when I had a problem with one vehicle, I brought it in and they gave me the background history about why my vehicle was built a certain way. I was impressed.

I never have problems getting in there if I set up an appointment. They don't make you wait. Even though I no longer work in the same town, I actually drive a half an hour to get my oil changed there because they have been so loyal. I have had major and minor work done there and, at least 6 to 8 times, they've sent me away because the car was either under warranty, recall, or silent recall. They sent me to the dealership where the work would be done for free instead of doing the work themselves and charging me.

They are honest, reliable mechanics at J & D Auto. They once told me that I needed to get the timing belt of my Sunbird changed and I didn't make time to do it. It ended up snapping when I was driving to work, and I brought it in to their shop to fix. They truly know what they are doing. They also do a customer appreciation celebration every summer which is really nice. I have recommended them and will continue to recommend them.
