Linoleum Larry's has been fantastic. They were amazing. We originally called them to replace the downstairs carpet in a little house we bought. There is a big downstairs room, and Gail was extraordinarily helpful in figuring out what kind of carpet we wanted. We told her that we are using the space for working out and storing backpacking gear. At first we wanted something industrial, and she showed us some of the nicer examples. Eventually she helped us pick a beautiful wool carpet based on the fact that it would last longer. We love it. It is absolutely gorgeous.

We had to call Linoleum Larry's back because our cat, trying to protect our large house instead of our small apartment, started spraying downstairs. We went back to Linoleum Larry's because we had such a good experience the first time we used them. We went around and around about what the floor could be for the best solution, it was a 6 x 6 ft. area. We decided to go with a gym or dance floor, high quality grade linoleum. Originally neither of us wanted to use linoleum, but Gail and her husband helped us pick it out, and it looks fantastic.

The folks who did the work were great. They had to tear up some of the subfloor and fix things, and they took as much time as was needed to get it right. It was all professionally done with a quality installation. The quality we got from them was amazing. The detail work in the installation was all fantastic. We had a funny corner next to the stairway that was long and narrow. I don't know how they managed to get carpet in there, but it looks just as good as the rest of the room. The stairs look beautiful. We don't even like carpet, and we love this carpet.

The original reason we went to them was because we were referred by our contractor. He told us that the prices were not going to be much different, but that they would always go above and beyond for customer care and service. We found that to be true.
