I chose Joe's Automotive as my current mechanic mostly due to them working on a car I had before and not knowing where else to go. By the time that the towing tuck was pulling my car up its ramps, I finally was fed up with other automotive companies who were not giving me the time of day to get me a quote. Joe's quoted me a price within a phone call, whereas it took hours for the dealership to give me a call back. On two different issues, Joe's quoted me a price that was reasonable. When the dealership called back, they quoted me over $400 more than Joe's.
The car was ready when expected, and they allowed me to float it until the weekend. When I showed up on Friday after they closed, Joe himself was leaving the lot. He saw that I parked and looked out and rolled the window down, asking what he could do to help me. I told him I was sorry and I'd come back the next day to get my vehicle. He jumped out and gave me excellent customer service. The price was fair, the workmanship has been great so far (no leaks, everything is running smooth) and his going the extra step to make sure I had a great experience has left an impact on me. I will take my vehicle to him in the future and will recommend his services to everyone.
