I was actually referred to America's Best Carpet Cleaning by somebody. My mom used them in the past, and they were really friendly on the phone when I called them, so I decided to use them too. They were on time for the appointment, which is pretty unusual for service businesses. The gentlemen that came out were both very professional, and they were good to my kids who were around when they came. It was an all-around good experience, and they did a really good job. They asked me when I left if there were any other spots I wanted to have done. There was one, and it was reasonably priced, so I had them do that too. It was an awesome experience.
