I have been going to Import Auto Repair for probably 15 years. I am permanently disabled, and when I take my car in to them they will drive me home. Then, when my car is ready they come and pick me up. Nobody else is going to do that for you. Now I know I am one of their favorites, but I don't think I am the only one they do that for. That is awesome.

So far the quality of their work has been okay. I haven't had to go back for something they have not done correctly. Twice it seemed that they may have guessed at what was wrong and put a part in, but the car was still doing the same thing. I still had to pay for the part, but other than that, nothing has ever gone wrong. I am absolutely happy with them. They are reliable, friendly, and honest.
