I have used Blanton's for my home and business HVAC needs for quite a while now but my most recent experience tops the list of the great and timely service I have received. For my most recent experience, Blanton's has "stepped up" and taken care of a problem created by another entity. This was a problem I recognized was not Blanton's responsibility, but they took care of it anyway, and subsequently absorbed a tremendous loss of business revenue. In this day and time, an organization taking care of their own mistakes is rare, but an organization taking care of someone else's responsiblity is virtually unheard of. Blanton's deserves a standing ovation.
