Blanton's recently installed a new Lennox Heat Pump at my residence.
The entire process from our initial meeting with their comfort consultant,Reggie Murphy, and having their maintenance technician, Jon inspect our old unit was handled as efficiently and professionally as any company I've ever dealt with. Once we determined that we were going to replace our old unit, Reggie stepped up and basically made everything happen.
The office staff, Lori, contacted us and let us know the timelines for everything involved and those appointments were met on time.
The installers were very courteous and professional, as was the sub-contracted electrician who assisted in installing our unit. Again, Jon was sent to our home to complete the installation and he answered all questions and completwed the installation of our new unit.
Reggie followed up on the installation the very next day and again explained the operation of our new unit.
Again, Blanton's has created a life long customer with their courtious and professional work.
