I have used and been very satisfied with Blantons Heating & A/C for several years now; they have great customer service! However, Jon K & Bud are two technicians I will never allow back on my property. During my annual service, they put one of my units back together wrong and it did not function properly. It took me a couple of weeks to notice, as the weather was nice and I did not need the A/C. When I notice the unit was not working I called Blanton to have them come and look at it. They sent Laxavier, who is by far the BEST technician working at Blantons as far as I am concerned. It took him all of ten seconds at the unit to determine what the other two technicians had done wrong. Not only did he fix the issue, he looked of everything else to make sure nothing else was wrong. This is not the first time that Laxavier has worked on my A/C units. In the past, he was able to find and fix an installation defect that three other technicians on three different occasions could not resolve.
