They came in and responded very quickly. They had someone come out right away, that same day. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and had reasonable pricing. I had to call them to find out if the rugs were ready which I expected them to do and I had a similar problem with the appraisal of the rugs but otherwise it was a good service.
