My wife and I get our oil changes and service maintenance at Fletchers. The last one did not go quite well. The oil filter dislodged after about 2500 miles, seizing the engine.
What was amazing was how Adam and Fletchers stepped up and worked with us. I really felt that Adam was concerned for us first. Other garages would surely have used the situation to their advantage because of the position we were in. Adam really came through. First with a no-cost option and also a reduced cost option: leaving the choice up to us.
Within 3 days we had the car back after being told it may take more than a week. Awesome!
