I started using the local Fletcher's Tire & Auto on Sunrise in Tucson because they are nearby and seemed to be very accommodating. In the last 3 years, I have had them put 2 sets of tires on 2 cars and do some alignments for me as well. They are responsive, they seem to care, and they give me several options on tires without trying to push me in a direction that I do not want to be pushed.

I much prefer to deal with the local Fletcher's Tire & Auto shop than the call center in Phoenix. Recently, when I went through the call center to get tires, the tires that arrived were off-highway tires and inappropriate for my vehicle. The local manager was able to straighten it out for me and he gave me the same price for the tires that I wanted. I felt that I received a good product and service from the local manager.
