I took my van in for a new water pump ,oil chage,transmission flush. they told me it be ready by closing time. i called the next morning they told me it would be done be noon. This went on for a week. i went into the shop about 2pm they told me it will be finsh by 5pm i got there at 5:20pm they still haven't done any work to my van so i took my van somewhere else i will never return to fletchers again.
