I had had my transmission serviced by another party, and I was not real happy because one of the things that needed fixed was not fixed. So, a friend recommended that I try S & A Transmissions and I met with Lane and Shell. Knowing that I had just spent $,2000 trying to repair my transmission, they agreed to take a look at it as a courtesy. I was very impressed.

The basic problem I was having was that my Automatic Ford Ranger would always hesitate when I put it into gear. It would always hesitate before it would engage. The other shop did not even know what the problem was, but Shell found that the splines in the drive shaft needed to be loaded with grease, and that was it.

They told me to check it out and see if it works. I asked him how much I owed, and they told me I could pay them $50.00 if it worked. And, it worked. They eliminated the problem completely. I would recommend S & A Transmissions to anyone. I am very impressed with their service and hospitality. They are just good guys.

If anything happens to my transmission, S & A is the first place I will go.
