Pacific Pest communicates when they will come to your home and they do come at the scheduled time within reasonable time parameters. Craig, the rep for my home was nothing but totally professional and always communicated what and why he was doing what he was doing. I have in the past become calloused by various poor or marginal services but this excellent service deserved great comments. I will continue to use them for my home.
