I have been going to AAMCO of Longview for about 3 or 4 years now. Steve has been very reasonable and he has done fine work on my truck, but another guy worked on my wife's Mini Cooper and he left oil and grease stains on the hood, steering wheel, and floor. We had to buy new mats, and my wife was upset. But, with my vehicle, they have not been bad.

The first time I brought my truck to them they repaired my transmission, and they thought they had it fixed, but I had to bring it back a few days later. They got that all take care of with no trouble, and I do not believe they even charged me when I brought it back.

If I have any problems, I can call Steve and he will help me out any time. He is a real good guy, and that is why we like going to them, but we brought my wife's car in when Steve was not there, and it is not the same.
