We had some hail damage on our roof from a big hail storm. Overson Roofing came out and validated the damage. We got several bids, and Overson really seemed to know what they were doing.

We got some grief from the insurance company about how much of our roofing actually needed to be replaced. We had old, handmade Mexican tiles, and Overson, as well as other roofing companies, told us that when fixing those types of tiles, more end up breaking. You can't just walk on them because they will break.

They met with our insurance adjuster, explained the whole situation, and helped convince our insurance company to have our entire roof replaced. We went with the more cost effective, and more sturdy, cement tile. It looks similar, but it is more sturdy, and we did the whole roof in it.

Everything looks great. There was one minor issue where the tiles met at the peaks, and we didn't like the way it looked, but Overson Roofing came right back out and did it a different way.

They were there when they said they would be, and they cleaned up every day before they left. They were very professional and did a good job. I called several times with questions, and the guy handling my roof was always available. He would call me back within half an hour. It was all done really well. We are very happy with them and have recommended them to others.
