I was having a malfunction in the electrical system of my car. I called the dealer-ship and they were going to charge me an outrageous amount of money and would not promise that it would fix the problem. I called Premier and they got my car in that day. They were friendly and so helpful. It turns out that the part was a recall issue so I had to take it to the dealership. If I could, I would have had Premier replace the part. Their customer service is outstanding!
