Mirror Image Auto Body did a major repair job on my vehicle when I had a head-on accident. They have done some maintenance work for me as well, and they subcontracted that out, so it was not them doing the work then, but Jason coordinated everything. I really like that about Jason and the way he runs his business, and I hope he never changes because that's what makes him different. He's really good with communication.

Jason calls often to let you know exactly what the status is, and he is right upfront with things. He really follows up on his business, and he really cares about his business, and he communicates that he really cares about his reputation.

Jason also lets you know what your choices are and whether or not something can be done now or later, and he keeps it in his head what your particular circumstances are. For instance, before I had the maintenance done, he told I really like about him. His communications skills are outrageous.
