Virgil's Auto Body Repair & Paint made everything easy. I have dealt with quite a few body shops in the past, and we had also used Virgil's when we first moved to Thousand Oaks. It was easy then, and they made it even easier.

I drove in and didn't even have to sign anything. I didn't have to keep checking on the car. Most auto body shops keep calling to get more information or make you come into the shop, but I didn't have to do anything for Virgil's Auto Body. He knew what to do, and I just had to come in to pick up the car. It was more like dealing with a doctor than a typical auto body shop.

It was my daughter's car, and her front end was smashed. It was a really clean looking 1999 Mercedes. Even though it was 11 years old it looked like new. It was really a bummer when it got hit. It has really expensive wheels, and I didn't even know if we were going to be able to find them, but he restored the rim. If anything it looks better than before. He polished all the other rims so that they match. They also replaced the fenders. It looks great.

If you have been to a body shop before, you have probably met the typical body shop mechanics. They have very little customer service or public relations. It wasn't like that with Virgil's. He offered everything upfront and gave me all the information I needed. He was always one step ahead, which is pretty rare. I have already recommended them to another guy.
