Great company. Marcus came over and did the measurements and gave us a quote. The deal was impossible to pass up when compared to the competition. We'd actually already "made up our minds" to go with a different company and a more expensive product before he got there, but once we saw Pilot's products and prices, we changed our minds pretty quick. We've had a number of compliments from the other sub-contractors and cleaning personnel we've had working on our remodel. Most who have asked who did the floors have also commented that it's one of the nicest jobs they've seen done and they see a lot of floors I imagine. The installers were professional and spent a lot of time getting the job done just right. My wife was at the house working on other things while they were there and never commented that she felt uncomfortable having the gentlemen in our home. All around, good experience, good company and a fair price. We'll use them again when we tackle our next flooring related project. The results are fantastic.
