Pilot Flooring was great. I heard about them from a TV ad and this was my first time using them. They took a lot of care in what they did. They installed hardwood flooring in my dining room, living room, and hallway, and tile in my kitchen and two bathrooms. It feels like a brand new house. I can't believe it's my house.

My husband had passed away recently and we'd been in the house for 23 years, so it was depressing for me. After the work that Pilot Flooring did, I feel that I can continue living here. It's a remarkable change for the better.

They were right on time. Their attention to detail was excellent and the clean-up was amazing. They did everything they said they would and more. They really went the extra mile.

I would definitely recommend that people use them. They come and check on things and they want to make sure you're happy. They have very good customer service.
