We had Pilot Flooring do our kitchen countertop and we were so satisfied, we had them do the carpeting as well. There was a miscommunication with the backsplash and Collin was so professional about it. He made sure we were completely happy. He did not get frustrated at all, which is very unusual in business. He was very professional about it. He makes sure he understands what you want to have in your home.

When we got our granite countertop, Collin came out to inspect it himself and he noticed there was something wrong with the line of the cut. It was something I would have never noticed, but he had them come out to make sure it looks just right. He stands by his work, and he follows through. He does not just drop off.

Another thing that is really important is that the people who come and do the work are really good. You can hire a company that seems good, but if they send out the wrong people, you end up with sloppy work. Collin makes sure he hires people who know how to install granite, carpet, and wood. I think that is what makes Pilot Flooring different from other companies. They also offer a reasonable price and they provide financing.
