We've had a lot of work done by Wil-Ridge of Evanston over the years. We trust them pretty highly, and we think they know their stuff. Unfortunately, we've been having some trouble with our cars lately and we're wondering why they didn't catch it when they were doing a recent tune-up. Also, Charlie is a little gruff, but professional. We think that he could be a little more friendly to his customers.
