Where do I begin?
Top notch personnel. Top notch advice. Unparalleled knowledge. And, unlike so many others in the audio/video world, (i) a focus on the "right" solution, rather than the costliest; and (ii) no "slavish" devotion to brands, fads, etc., rather what is the most effective (performance, cost, etc.) solution.
And, finally, we always say that leadership "comes from the top". The owner is one of the best folks I've ever met, and his staff are cut from the same cloth.
