HC Services was really good about being there on time, and they did a good job. I had two different service calls. One was a big service, and that was all good. They did exactly what they said they would do, and they were polite and all that kind of stuff. The second time, something was wrong with my air conditioner. It turned out to be a bad thermostat, but rather than let me know about the problem, or ask what I would like to do about it, they just put a new one in. I would have liked to have known about it first so I could decide what action to take.
