I've used H-C services on at couple of occasions. They come when they say they will come. They seem knowledgeable and efficient. They tell me what they suspect is wrong with my system after I tell them the symptoms (both times they have been correct) and they work quickly. Before they leave, they explain what they have done and show me the parts they have replaces. They clean up after themselves and leave me with a detailed bill. They are good folks who have earned my trust.
