I had a great experience with Craftsman Direct. They fixed all of my rotted trim, siding and gave me a two year warranty on all of their work. Could have taken me to the cleaners but the repairs were very reasonable. The guy made pictures for me of the work in progress and I only had good surprises, like my bill being about 1/2 of what we thought it might be.
