I've already recommended Diamond Heating and Cooling. We got a new furnace from them. Our old furnace was 20 some-odd years old. When we were in the process of looking for a new furnace, they walked us through every step. We actually got three or four bids for the project, and the salesman from Diamond told us to think about comparing our options as apples to oranges. He suggested we look and ask what made each option different. We were going to go with another company, because of a considerable price difference. But when we told the Diamond representative the reason for going with the other company, he said they were willing to work with us. In addition to the furnace work they did for us, they also fixed our gas fireplace.

Bottom line it was really their customer service that made us ultimately go with Diamond. That really means a lot to us. Both my husband and I are salespersons, so we know how good Diamond's customer service is. I even use them as an example of customer service. They have top quality work and top customer service.
