The guys from Diamond Heating and Cooling came out in the pouring, ridiculous rain. I told them they didn't have to come, but they did anyway, even though it was freezing cold. They were fabulous. It was late on a Friday night, and I had called to tell them not to come because we still had a fireplace, and we could move our beds into the family room, but they came out anyway, and they didn't have to do that.
