Few auto repair firms take the time to solve problems when factory parts are no longer available for older vehicles. When my van was in for routine service Greg personally called me to discuss a problem that his service team discovered. Over the years vibration had caused metal fatigue and the weld failed. The $@!#% tube was no longer attached to the engine. Greg offered to reweld the bracket as a cost effective solution since the factory part was no longer available. Job done promptly and the vehicle was ready four hours after I dropped it off! Can't beat that kind of service.
