The salesperson I dealt with at Bill Pearce Courtesy Honda was very straightforward and seemed to be pretty honest. I didn't have to negotiate a lot. She was willing to deal pretty quickly, without a lot of back and forth. The paperwork process was also very honest. She shared what the numbers looked like and didn't try to hide anything. She also explained everything very clearly and answered quite a few questions I had.

The only reservations I have are probably like those of anybody working with a dealership. Sometimes it takes a fair amount of time, and the amount of money you get for trade-in and such usually takes a hit from depreciation, as far as what they're willing to offer you. My car was four years old and only had 20,000 miles on it. I felt for the condition of the car I could've gotten a better deal.
