Joel seemed experienced and did a good job. I had a couple of issues I was hoping could be dealt with but he said not possible. Tarnished mark on the sink drain area., If anyone at the company thinks that can be fixed let me know. Also he checked the toilet drain outside and cleaned that up. But it seems not working as well as when it has been fixed in the past by Black Mountain (Solomon). So overall good experience but I still have some questions. Joel did a good job.
