I work for a home warranty company and GAP Plumbing are the company we use for the majority of the rush calls we receive here. Teri is a good manager and Glen is a skilled craftsman who is good at his job. The work they do is responsive and it shows that they really care about the homeowners that they are working for. The work they do for us has to be within the guidelines of the coverage we provide here and they excel at fitting into this model. In regards to the rush calls they take they try to be available as quick as possible at all times but sometimes their communication and answering the phone is lacking slightly. Since the start of 2016 thirty nine of our customers have come back saying that they have had a positive experience with GAP Plumbing while three customers have had negative experiences. One thing you have to realize is that timing is of the essence in plumbing and generally speaking they do a really good job.
