We had a plumbing problem at one of our rentals. The commode (toilet) was leaking. And when a tenant complains, we act on it quickly. GAP Plumbing got the problem fixed fast. There were no complaints. I will continue to use their services because they were fair too. They also knew what they were doing. Making an appointment was really easy. They called the tenant and set it up. I believe they were there at the rental property the next day. I would recommend GAP Plumbing to other rental properties.
