Good Customer Service, But Poor Initial Communication
My experience with GAP Plumbing has been good. I've used them about three times within the course of about a few months. The first two times I used them it was fine, especially since the work was done at my home and I was present. This last time was concerning a garbage disposal from one of our rental properties. They did a good job, but there was an issue with a lack of communication. They were asked to look at the job but ended up completing the work without saying what the issue was or what the cost was going to be. I didn't know until they came back a few weeks later to ask for payment. The workers I've interacted with have been nice and knowledgeable, but if I use them again, I'm going to make sure I'm there when they do their work.
