I have always received great customer service. Bruce and his crew are helpful and friendly. Although they are very comprehensive in the diagnosis of the problem, they only perform the work authorized. If they see something, they will tell you about it, but they are honest enough to say that it can wait (if it can). I appreciate that honesty. I feel they are truly working for me.
