From the first visit, the team there went above and beyond in trying to assist my mother and myself with selecting and holding the right unit for me. Upon arrival with my Uhaul truck on a Sunday when the office was closed, I realized I would need a bigger unit. I called, left a message, and immediately received a call back from Jacklyn who said it would be no problem for me to go ahead and move into a larger unit. I took care of the paperwork and payment difference the next day. Overall the service level has been excellent and I'm happy to have selected A+ Storage for my storage needs and would definitely recommend them in the future.
