I almost always avoid going to the Honda dealer since why should I pay full-pop retail when I can get it done right for a lower price and help support a small Gainesville based business instead of a foreign corporation. They even shuttle me back and forth to and from work. They warranty their work and parts for a period of one year and routinely double check their records to see if the customer could benefit. They also happen to be genuinely nice people to deal with.
