They were very friendly and went above and beyond in replacing the wheel bearing and hub on our Prius. The grinding sound is gone and the Prius is so quiet. The Prius had slight front end damage from the previous owner and they actually straighten the hood so the hood is better aligned without any charge. Now, that is going way over and beyond! They were very quick in getting the Prius repaired, we brought it in early afternoon and took it home in a few hours.
