The installers were great. We feel that there is not enough follow thru with production. Also the sales person needs more training on how to match the new furnaces with the compressors which were higher end. The price selection would be based on the compatible match to compressors not by the old furnaces.
There should be a followup call by company. We are concerned that since connection the smaller A/C unit is very noisy now (quiet before) and have to put the thermostats down to 75 (usually keep at 76 or 77) to cool the bedrooms.
Perhaps there is a reason for this and needs your attention because puron etc was taken out and replaced etc.
