I had just gotten a quote from the Dealership for my car to get a waterpump and timing belt. The dealership said it would take a week for me to get my car back and the repair was estimated around $1678 because they said it was labor intensive. I parked the car and started looking for a shop. I called around and was referred to Anchorage Auto and Electric so I called for an estimate. They gave me a quote near $1300. I had the vehicle towed there and they STUCK to their estimate. Even though there were unexpected parts and things that came up, they worked with me and kept the pricing close to what they quoted me. the only difference was the price of the tow was added in but they explained that and gave me an itemized invoice for me to keep. I love their honesty and hard work. I will be telling all of my friends and family about them.
