Excellent service and beautiful rug
I had purchased a Karastan area rug for my living room, but after a month,the creases where it had been folded, would not come out, and it created "puckering" all over the rug. Jeff cleaned and stretched the rug and it looks BETTER than it did when I first bought it. I would definitely recommend Bear Carpet.
