I hired Chem-Dry of Washtenaw to clean my family room carpeting which had not been cleaned in 3 years. I have 3 boys, multiple pets and lots of stains/smells in this high traffic area. Chem-Dry called before coming and was able to fit me into their schedule 1 hour earlier, and my carpet is fresh and clean again! The personnel were clean, neat, courteous and professional. Will definitely hire again for next time.
