This was the first time I used Masello's Auto Service. There about fifty feet away from where I work, so I've seen them and waved to them. I took a chance on using them instead of driving all around to find a mechanic.

I stopped by, dropped off my car and then picked it up when it was done. It was easy. I didn't have much interaction with them, just over the phone mainly. I would use them again, it was easy, fast and convenient.
