At Masello's Auto Service they seem to care about the whole car, and not just the issue at hand. I get the feeling that they are looking out for me and for my investment in the car. They truly want to protect me from things that might go wrong with my car.

I do, however, think that our strengths are our weaknesses. I think there might be times when Anthony is over-thinking issues that haven't happened yet, and he wants to fix a problem that hasn't even occurred.

I've been a customer of Anthony's for about fifteen years. I think he's professional and friendly. He's intelligent and so is his crew. He respects the work his crew does. He knows they'll do quality work for his customers. Bottom line, this is a good, caring and honest shop.
